Termination
This Agreement remains in effect while Samay Collections continues to provide one or more Products or Services to the Client, or until such services are terminated.
Fireworks are not permitted on our property. If fireworks are used without our permission, we reserve the right to remove you from the property immediately without refund of any reservation fees.
Drone Photography
To guarantee the privacy of our guests, drone photography is not permitted without prior authorization. Requerimos un depósito de $100 si desea traer su propio dron para tomar fotos. A $100 deposit is required if you wish to bring your own drone. If we receive complaints regarding drone activity, the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation with Samay Collections:
Up to 10 days before arrival: We can reschedule your stay or refund your deposit minus a 10% cancellation fee. Between 3 and 10 days before arrival: We can reschedule your reservation (date changes are allowed only once).
If you cancel within 3 days of arrival: No refund or date change will be granted.
If you request a refund and are eligible, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Cancellations due to COVID-19 will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Samay Collections.
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation without prior notice if deemed necessary to protect our business.
Payments
We only accept reservations that are fully paid before arrival. We accept bank transfers, deposits, and credit card payments.
We use a third-party payment processor to handle credit card payments. Once payment is received, a confirmation will be sent through the booking method used.
Card Payments (Credit/Debit)
Los pagos con tarjeta de crédito se procesan con Stripe. Credit card payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe securely stores your card information (Samay Collections cannot view your card details under any circumstances). Through Stripe, Samay Collections reserves the right to charge the card without the cardholder being present for additional costs incurred, such as: Final charges at the end of your stay. Damages caused to the room or property
Payment Link Transactions
Payments made through our payment link are the responsibility of the end user. Samay Collections is not responsible for errors made by the user or for any fees or commissions charged due to such errors.
Our cancellation policy will be sent once your reservation is completed. However, it remains the guest’s responsibility to review this information on our website prior to booking.
Additional Card Taxes (Credit/Debit)
Additional taxes imposed by the Government of Ecuador due to foreign currency outflow regulations may apply to card payments.
Prices
Prices listed on our website are based on a minimum of two people per night. Children up to 13 years old stay free. Children over 13 years old pay an additional $15.
Pets
We charge an additional $20 per pet. Pets are only allowed in rooms without jacuzzis and in the following rooms: Glamping Deluxe, Bosque, and Bambú. Pets are not allowed in rooms with jacuzzis.
A $30 security deposit is required upon arrival and will be fully refunded at check-out if no damage is found.
We do not recommend bringing children or pets.
During holidays, prices increase by 15%.
Guests may be charged for any damage caused to our property.
Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, we reserve the right to process it within 48 hours of your request. Please note that credit card refunds may take longer to process due to Stripe’s processing times and terms and conditions.
In case of overbooking, you are eligible for a full refund.
Relationship of the Parties
The parties agree that this Agreement does not create any partnership, employment, franchise, or agency relationship. Samay Collections acts as an independent contractor.
